Shipping & Returns

WE GET TO ANY PLACE IN THE WORLD

Mylo Beachwear makes worldwide shipments. Orders placed within Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla not included) are FREE. Shipments within the European Union cost 10 euros and 15 euros for international shipments. To know the shipment’s cost you only have to add your shipping address at the end of the purchase process and we will calculate it according to the country.

At the end of your purchase you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and shipping details. In case of having provided wrong information during the purchase process contact us immediately at info@mylobeachwear.com.

 

The orders will be shipped the following working day after your order has been knitted. Remember that we make all our products upon request, in this way only ordered pieces are produced. To know how long it takes to knit each of our pieces, please refer the information on each product.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. 

The estimated delivery time is from 3 to 7 working days within Spain, 5 to 10 for the rest of European Union and 7 to 14 working days for anywhere else.

Please note that to these delivery times must be added the time it takes to weave your order.

 

The orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched the following working day. Mylo Beachwear is not responsible from any possible delay or loss during the delivery process.

 

OUR METHOD OF PAYMENT

Mylo Beachwear only accepts payments through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account send us an email to info@mylobeachwear.com and we will find the best way to assist you when purchasing one of our items.

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PARCEL

If once you have received your Mylo you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it. Remember that you can return any product within 15 days of receiving your parcel. Your Mylo must be returned in the same conditions in which it was acquired: in its packaging, with its original labels and hygienic protectors. It must be in perfect condition, with no signs of dirt, odors or use.

Mylo Beachwear reserves the right to accept or reject the return of goods that do not meet the criteria described above. In that case, Mylo Beachwear will dispatch the item to the customer again.

 

The cost of the return is borne by the customer. We do not accept due shipments. Make sure that all the shipping information included during the checkout process is correct, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If you want to return your Mylo you must send an email to info@mylobeachwear.com indicating in the subject: RETURN and the corresponding order number. In the body of the email you must include the following information:

 

• Order number

• Name and Surname

• Email

• Model/s

• Size/s

Once we have received the email with all the data we will send you the address to which you can send the item.

WE REFUND YOUR MONEY

Once we have received the article in our workshop and made the necessary checks we will send you an email confirming the return. The amount of your order will be refunded through the same method of payment of the purchase.

Refunds correspond to the exact amount of the purchase you made, it does not include shipping costs.

These will be issued within 3 to 5 business days. Remember that depending on your bank the time may vary.

For your safety, we recommend that you always send your items by a mailing system that certifies delivery.

 

HOW TO MAKE A CHANGE

If you want to make a change of size, colour or model, first you must follow the steps described above to return the item. Once we have received and checked that the item is in perfect condition, we will refund you the corresponding amount and you should make a new order of the product that you finally want. In this case the shipping costs of the second order will be free. Please contact us at info@mylobeachwear.com for a refund from our customer service department.

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES TAXES

We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Our garment prices and shipping costs are exclusive of all import duties and taxes. Mylo Beachwear does not cover any duties, taxes or associated handling fees which may be applied to your order by your local government. Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of these costs upon delivery of your order.

Our prices are charged in Euros (EUR) and include VAT (for purchases in Spain), but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
Please be aware of your local currency conversion rates when calculating the value of your order.
